Why should I rent instead of buying?

Do you deliver?

Yes we only deliver rented products after payment is received and paperwork is signed to the address on your application.

How much is delivery and pickup?

A one time fee of $25 which included delivery and pick up will be charged the first month.

Is there a minimum/maximum amount of time to rent?

Each product has a designated minimum and maximum time to rent.

What happens if something is not working?

Accepted Answer

If your product is not working, we have replacements ready to be delivered within 24 hours if not the same day at no additional cost to you (if there is not fault on your behalf or damage to the product). That's the beauty of renting from a local Cleveland based company.

How do you clean each product before renting out?

We use non toxic baby safe cleaning sprays that is hypoallergenic for baby products. We also use a hot water steam cleaning machine.

Will you be adding more products in the future?

Yes most definitely! Based on our growing customers needs and suggestions or request we get, we will be adding more high quality products for your little ones to enjoy.

Why don't you have the SNOO bassinet?

Accepted Answer

The SNOO is no doubt a great product! However, we feel the cost to our customers would spend to rent at such a high price can easily be achieved with similar products.  
We don't like that the SNOO would require our customers to pay a monthly subscription in order for it work on top of the cost to rent.

Why do you need my address to deliver? Can't we just pick it up?

We need your address for several reasons.
We are a private home based operation to keep cost low for our customers.
Your address is needed to verify your name, and the rent we are renting to is an adult and lives there for delivery.
Prevents and/or minimizes theft of our products. 
If your product is not working for any reason, we will have a delivery ready ASAP (within 24 hours)rather than arranging a meet up location.
